BARN HOUSE BEFORE & AFTER~ We installed hardy cement board siding in "board & batten" style, trim, columns & cupola.
DECK UPGRADES BEFORE & AFTER~ We replaced all the deck boards with a weather proof decking system called Lock Dry. This made it possible for the home owners to entertain below the deck. We then stained the remaining railing to match the new deck boards, added bead board to the ceiling under the deck, moved a column to better the flow of the space and wrapped each column in cedar. We also built the shelves in the outdoor kitchen. We can't take all the credit, as this remarkable transformation in collaboration with and designed by Inside Out-Design.
ENERGY EFFICIENT REBUILD BEFORE & AFTER~ We took the house down nearly to the foundation, re-framed, added a header at the front, installed the metal roof, insulation, installed hardy cement siding, installed energy efficient doors & windows, trim, and tiled the kitchen & bathroom.
KITCHEN & BATH REMODEL BEFORE & AFTER~ We did the framing, replaced floor joists, jacked up the back wall, poured a new footer, replaced the sub floor, built on utility room addition, tile the bath room & utility room floors, built & installed custom cabinets.
ATTIC RENOVATION BEFORE & AFTER~ We framed out walls, drywall, added flooring, and trim.
